BTS RM Ma city Ilsan Goyang
On September 12 in Goyang City, a mural of BTS (BTS) leader RM was produced on the wall of the tourist information center in front of Ilsan Jeongbalsan Station. September 12th is RM’s 28th birthday.
BTS RM shouts “I love Ilsan” with UN speech and song
BTS leader RM gave a famous speech at the UN in 2018 about ‘SPEAK YOURSELF’ and said, “I want to start today with a story about myself. I was born. It is a beautiful place with lakes and mountains, and an annual flower festival… I looked up at the night sky with my pounding heart, and even dreamed of a boy. I imagined becoming a hero who could save the world. I used to do it,” he said.
This 7-minute speech by RM in English, “Tell your own story,” delivered a warm and touching message to many young people around the world, “Love yourself.”
Also, in the song ‘MA CITY’ released by BTS in 2015, there is a story about RM’s hometown ‘Ilsan’, and the love for Ilsan is great. The lyrics read, “Give me billions of dollars and live somewhere else? AH NO THANKS. Ilsan, a place I want to be buried even if I die.
